Help us get you the right answer
- Order question: include your order number, the email used at checkout and a brief description of what you need.
- Product question: tell us the product, size or color you're considering and what you plan to carry.
- Damaged or incorrect item: email your order number and photos of the item and issue within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty claims
If a product fails after the return window, email your order number and photos of the issue. We'll check the maker's warranty terms and handle any claim with them for you.
Returns & cancellations
For a return, contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and the correct supplier return address. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, email as soon as possible; paid orders reach the brand for packing within minutes, so we cannot guarantee changes.
Approved returns must be sent directly to the original supplier at the return address provided in your return instructions. Please wait for authorization before shipping anything; the return address may differ from the address on your package. Kith & Compass will coordinate the return with the supplier.
